THE FLOW of Working Together 

Before session: You’ll be sent an Intake Form to complete in your own time and pace. It asks deeper questions, so the healing process can already begin. Going over the intake form before we meet allows me time to analyze and assess your responses prior to our session. 


During the session: No two sessions are alike, as no two human beings are alike. 

These sessions are a space for you to be seen, heard, supported, guided, and loved.

 The first session we'll often begin by going over the intake form in whatever way shows up for you. Then we delve into using tools, intuitive gifts, and healing modalities as we tap in together into what your body is needing, how the mind is working, and what the soul is seeking. Together we unify these 3 (body, mind, soul) to guide you into your optimal health, vitality, power, and thus your Highest Human Self. 


After the session: You are sent Integrations via a personalized PDF. These integrations will be action steps which can include anything from journal prompts, self psychology, meditations, healing rituals, supplement / herb recommendations, holistic nutrition guidance, specific and targeted body / organ healing, to name a few.

  • We will schedule this once you have filled out the contact form.

  • Learn what a Holistic Lifestyle & Movement  approach can do for you in this 30 minute Zoom chat or phone call.

  • We will discuss your health  & lifestyle goals / desired states and how we can best support you on your journey.

  • This is about figuring out your needs and how we can serve you. (If we're not a good fit for each other, that's okay-- we will do our best to point you in a direction of someone we trust).

1 Month


  • Two 60-min 1:1 sessions and Four Weekly Check-ins via Email on Sundays.

  • Customized material: strength training /movement programming, checklists, handouts, healing exercises, etc. depending on what you need.

  • The month option is a great intensive to quick start healing, troubleshoot an area, and test out our programming philosophy.

  • Ex: establish / refine a movement practice, improve sleep patterns, balance hormones, break up with chronic dieting, increase your energy, or heal your gut.

3 Months


  • Eight 60-min 1:1 sessions via Zoom, FaceTime, or phone call.

  • All of the personalized programming, action steps, healing exercises that you need.  

  • We'll have the time and space to navigate and work through deep rooted challenges and blocks that come up.

  • Ongoing support! You can email between sessions with any questions or concerns

  • Healing is not linear. It takes nurturing, time, patience, compassion, & grace, and these 12 weeks allow us to go deep.

However, since everything we do is individualized and created specifically for you, structure and price can vary depending on what you're needing.
