Hello, I'm Trey, and am 35 years into this embodiment.

For the majority of ten years, I was unhappy and on the wrong side of mental and physical well-being while working with fortune 500 companies.  I considered myself "healthy" as I fueled myself with fast food (aka non-foods), sodas, sugar, alcohol, little sleep, and the occasional "testosterone therapy shot". Needless to say, I was fueling the surface level of my ego the upmost extent.

Multiple changes in my life brought me to a new found avenue when I started CrossFit in April 2014, where I fell in love with the varied movements and different modalities of intensity. I began coaching CrossFit full time in 2017 and found out that my passion lies within the art of helping people become overall BETTER versions of themselves.

With that being said, I am providing my services for people who want to get overall happier, focus on injury prevention, longevity, 

become stronger and more capable to meet performance needs for real world activities. Connecting, optimizing, and inspiring other humans is what brings me the most humbling sense of fulfillment. I was taught that to form connections, you must be of service. If you focus your energy on genuinely trying to add value to each person you meet (not just those you think can help you), you will find that the world begins to open to you. SO HERE I AM.

Over the years of researching and waking up to what practices can optimize both myself and others, I found world-renowned expert of corrective performance / exercise kinesiology, stress management and holistic wellness, Paul Chek. 

I completed Holistic Lifestyle Coaching certification course to obtain the knowledge and guidelines in place to better serve my clients. My methods are NOT concerned on how you look, diet plans, or the number on the scale. They are based on supercharging  your energy systems, decreasing stress levels, and boosting your immune system.

Hi. I’m Addie, and I am thrilled to meet you. I am 25 years old into this embodiment.


I am an Enneagram 4, a former college soccer player, pug lover, potato eater, avid reader, and body wiggler. I am also I am a Holistic Health, Strength & Conditioning, and Crossfit L1 Coach.


After years of study in nutrition, consciousness, psychology, world philosophy, optimal performance, and overall wellbeing, I’ve discovered my passion is being a catalyst for others’ healing and awakening.


I am inspired by human connection, nature, social justice, and the raw nitty gritty aspects of this human life. My style of coaching pulls from a slew of ancient traditions + modern practices, from Ayurvedic herbs to animal flow movements , all montaged together in a tool kit to dip into depending on each individual client.

I pride myself for providing a space for humans to take up space, speak their truth, and simply be the truest version of themselves in any given moment.


What I share is from the lens of my personal experience, and I deeply believe that we are each on our own unique individual path— my hope is that you use your divine intuition to take what resonates for you, and drop the rest. You are your best Guru.
